70 x 7 The Meal act XXIII, Barbican Art Gallery London, is an installation commissione for The Curve at the Barbican Art Gallery in London. The sculpture formed the setting for ‘Lunch with Lucy', a panel discussion and gastronomic encounter for seven food specialists, including: Harriet Lamb, Director of the Fairtrade Foundation; Tim Lang, Professor of Food Policy at City University; Wendy Fogarty, International Councillor for Slow Food UK; Dr Peter Barham, Reader in Physics at Bristol University, author of The Science of Cooking, and developer of Molecular Gastronomy with the chef Heston Blumenthal; Allegra McEvedy, chef and founder of Leon the organic fast food chain.
